You gotta try my SPONGE TRICK!

All kidding aside, I like this trick for preventing calluses. I’m a dainty lady and I like my palmar skin βœ‹to be smoother than my granny’s gravy.

Is it necessary to get anti-bacterial sponges? No. But I like them because they claim to stop the growth of odour-causing bacteria. πŸ’¨πŸ‘ƒWill they kill germs? Maybe …. maybe not. Some bacteria are resistant to antimicrobials. At least I work out at home so I can avoid catching germs from gymbeciles in public gyms. Although, it’s a documented fact that my cat licks my kettlebells immediately after licking his butt and stuff. 🐱 Now you gotta tag a friend with a cat! lol😺

Have you ever been under so much pressure from work, school or unexpected financial pressures that you can feel a storm brewing inside of you? 

And if one more thing goes wrong or someone thoughtlessly says something to you, you’re going to completely and entirely lose your cool?! Have you actually, indeed, been at that point and said something you later regretted? We all have.

If we have been guilty of responding unkindly to someone because of unexpected stress in our daily life, we would hate to be therefore labelled “rude” or “inconsiderate”.That being said, understanding that we all have “those days” from time to time helps us to not be so quick to take offence when the tables are turned. How much would you appreciate it if your friend or family member gave consideration to your “freak out” session and knew you likely didn’t mean what you said and instead, gave you the benefit of the doubt? Likely you would be very grateful. We all have our moments, and it’s part of living this life. But IT’S WHAT WE DO AFTERWARDS, no matter if we are on the receiving end or the one lashing out, that shows our character. A well timed apology can make all the difference, keeping communication open, which is essential to forming and holding lasting relationships.  

How does it make you feel when someone apologizes to you?

I haven’t posted a selfie in a while. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think you prefer valuable content from me, rather than selfies. I’ve been busy finalizing “Fat Loss Fast 2: THEORETICAL Guide to Intermittent Fasting” (it will be available very πŸ”œ soon! 🎈🎈), which is why I’ve been snapping less photos lately.
