⌚ “Oh, If only I had more time!” 

How often have you said that? In a sense, time is a universal leveler. Everyone has the same amount of time in a day: 24 hours. It just depends on how you use it. Once it’s gone, its gone forever! So how can you invest in your time more wisely??
πŸ“ Strategy #1: Get organized! 
I find it helpful to keep a daily “To-Do List” that prioritizes the things that are URGENT over the things that are IMPORTANT.

For instance, while buying groceries for dinner is important, it may not constitute urgency, while what may seem urgent - catching the start of your favorite TV program - is not important.

πŸ”΄ 40g of Goji Berries: nutrient-dense, loaded with protein & fibre, 17.1 g of sugar, 129 calories
πŸ”΄ 40g of red licorice nibs: devoid of nutrients and fibre, 17 g of sugar, 140 calories

⚫ You don’t have to demonize candy, provided the overwhelming majority of your daily food intake is nutrient-dense. 
⚫ Goji berries are nutrient-dense and high in fibre. This is a wiser option than candy because goji berries provide satiety, protein and micro-nutrition. Candy is nothing more than empty calories. 
⚫ Fresh fruit (which has less calories and sugar) is my top choice because it satisfies hunger longer due to the higher water content. 
⚫If you eat more calories than your body burns, then you will store fat, regardless of the food you eat.
